HONEY MUSTARD WRAPS

HONEY MUSTARD WRAPS recipe by @scotts_foods

Ingredients:

Honey Mustard or replace for Cactus Kitchen seasoning

Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Tomato
White onion
Jalapeño
Coriander
Lime juice
Salt
Bell peppers
Lettuce
Garlic Mayo
Small tortilla wraps

Method:

  • Liberally coat chicken thighs with honey mustard, wrap in cling film and leave in fridge overnight
  • Chop up peppers and shred lettuce and set aside
  • Chop up tomato, jalapeño, onion and coriander and add to a bowl. Add in lime juice and salt to taste
  • Heat up cast iron pan and sear chicken, cook till juices run clear and cooked all the way through
  • Slice up chicken thigh and assemble wrap
  • Add chicken, lettuce, peppers and Pico de gallo to taste on wrap. Finally squirt some garlic Mayo
