Made by Ginger Beard Preserves they’ve added a good glug of single malt Scotch Whiskey to this marmalade which gives it a delicious flavour. Not only good for Christmas holiday boozy breakfast toast but works wonders as a glaze for ham and gammon.

sugar, water, Seville oranges (18%), whisky (2%), molasses, lemon juice (potassium metabisulfite)
Prepared with 18g of fruit and 36g of sugar per 100g
