This Christmas, forget the kitchen and join us for a festive feast with a difference — where the turkey goes on the smoker, the fire is roaring and your Christmas dinner is cooked outdoors over live fire and barbecue.
Fire & Festive is a hands-on Christmas fire-cooking experience where we’ll bring together everything you love about a traditional Christmas dinner, with a little Norfolk Smoke Pit magic.
We’ll fire up the smokers and barbecues and cook a whole festive feast, including smoked turkey, glazed ham, crispy roast potatoes, Christmas stuffing and seasonal vegetables, before sitting down together to enjoy the finished feast.
Throughout the experience, you’ll get involved in the cooking, learn how to get the best from your barbecue and pick up plenty of tips and techniques you can take home and use on your own Christmas dinner.
And because this is Christmas, there’ll be a roaring fire pit to gather around, something warm to drink and plenty of festive atmosphere.
