Smoky , sweet and spicy - ticking all the flavour boxes!
Sprinkle a healthy dose over some chicken breast for the basic mid week meal - OR - take it up a notch and spatchcock a chicken, then use the rub to make a marinade to slather all over the bird. Mix 1 tablespoon of rub with a drizzle of oil and a squeeze of lemon juice , keep the marinade to the side and add some extra honey for a final basting glaze
